BONA VISTA WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND WEBER-BOX ELDER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
HARRISVILLE ROAD RAILROAD CROSSING PROJECT WEBER COUNTY, UTAH
Bona Vista Water Improvement District and Weber-Box Elder Conservation District are requesting
bids for the Harrisville Road Railroad Crossing Project Bids will be received at their office
until 10:00 AM on January 22, 2026. The project consists of installing two jack and bores of 20"
steel casing with 12" carrier pipe under Union Pacific Railroad tracks and other items commonly
associated with jack and bore projects.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held on January 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bona Vista
Water Improvement District's office located at 2020 W 1300 N, Farr West, UT 84404.
Electronic copies ofthe Contract Documents will be available on January 8, 2026 and may be obtained
at www.JUB.com under PLANS or using QuestCDN #10011921 for a cost of $22 for the download.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Bona Vista
